Who I Work With
Waymark Psychotherapy may be a good fit if you are:
- A high school or post-secondary student who is unsure of what school or career direction to choose.
- A student feeling overwhelmed, avoidant, burned out, or unsure of how to keep up.
- A student with ADHD, or an autistic student, looking for support with planning, school, and next steps.
- A young adult trying to make decisions about school, work, identity, or direction.
- An adult questioning your next career step, recovering from burnout, or trying to rebuild momentum.
Whether you’re choosing a program, struggling to stay engaged in school, or reconsidering your career, we’ll look at what’s making the decision difficult. From there, we can explore your options, address the stress or self-doubt involved, and work toward a next step that fits your life.

Meet Julia Saric
Registered Psychotherapist | MPsy, PhD (Education), B.Ed
I bring years of teaching in high schools, colleges, and universities, graduate training in psychotherapy and career counselling, and experience working as a psychometrist to my practice. I understand academic and occupational stress from the inside — and I bring both clinical skill and real-world context to every session. I also work with students who have ADHD or are autistic, and I’m happy to adjust how we work to fit how you learn and think.
“I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a lecture. We’ll unpack what’s been hard, laugh when we can, and chart a path forward together.”
Ready to see if this feels like the right fit?
A consultation is a chance to talk briefly about what is happening, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether Waymark Psychotherapy may be a good fit.
